—Things to create the perfect space: candles, meditation music, himalayan salt lamp, crystal underneath your pillow (Rainbow Fluorite is my favorite).
Diffuse: Diffusing Essential Oils can quickly bring you to the level of relaxation your body needs.
—Invite dreamlike experiences every evening by diffusing these oils in your home. Diffuse 3 drops of Frankincense, 3 drops Tangerine and 3 drops Lavender.

GODDESS BATH
RITUAL
Ambience: Unwind with a long relaxing bath, and transform your bathroom into your very own private luxurious spa.
—Bath Elements: candles, rose quartz crystal, bath pillow, rose petals/dried rose buds, a good book, cup of tea, sage/palo santo, sensual music (I love listening to music with tibetan singing bowls.), fluffy towel and bathrobe.
Bath Oils: In the famous Roman Public Baths, walls were filled with shelves which held rows containing pots and jars filled with fragrant Essential Oils. During this time, the Romans made use of many herbs and Essential Oils in their daily lives.
—After filling your bath, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil into a tablespoon of carrier oil. Sprinkle this mixture into the bath water and enjoy!
Bath Salts: Bath salts are beneficial to health due to the presence of minerals in them, primarily magnesium. A salt bath is known to help relieve stress, detox the body, sleep well, improve blood circulation.
—Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil and 1 cup of Epsom salt to a bath to create a relaxing environment. For added benefits try adding a second salt such as Dead Sea salt or Pink Himalayan Salt.
MY FAVORITES
- FRANKINCENSE: It is valued for its powerful aroma and has been burned in sacred places and religious rituals for centuries. The Hebrew word for Frankincense is levonah. Used in the Bible 22 times, making it one of the most recognized materials in scripture.
- LAVENDER: Known as the quintessential oil for calm. Lavender was the most prized aromatic for bathing, as well as many other purposes.
- GERMAN CHAMOMILE: Historical reference of this herb dates back to 78 A.D. It is known for its gentle, calming properties.
- NEROLI: Known as the ‘queenly elixir’. Neroli oil is extracted from orange blossom flowers, and was held high by the Egyptians for its blissful properties and as a powerful elixir for the mind, body and spirit. Neroli was also used in bathing water to soothe the nerves, calm the mind, relax the muscles and instill positive feelings.
- VETIVER: The history of Vetiver backs to the 12th century. This sacred herb is often attributed to its uplifting, soothing, calming and shielding properties. In India and Sri Lanka, vetiver is called ‘the oil of tranquility’.
